It is clear that for Ryrie made the complaints respecting the efficiency of the Hongkong Fore Brigade, and it is strange that Sir A. Kennedy Should never citter " publicly privately" have heard of those complaints. Dr Ryrie's previous protest (14960/74, Police & Typhoon) les not appear to have a cretioned to the department.
